Astro Alice is in development. Public customer accounts and AI requests are not enabled yet. There is no public App Store download to reinstall at this stage.

Account and data deletion

In an account-capable build, open Settings, Account and backup, then Delete account and cloud data. The confirmation describes what is removed and what remains. Local deletion is under Settings, Your data. Signing out and uninstalling are different actions.

Request deletion without the app

Apple subscriptions and purchases

Deleting an account does not cancel Apple billing. Open Manage Apple subscriptions to review or cancel renewal. You can still delete your Astro Alice account immediately. For purchase refunds, use Apple's purchase support.

Use Restore Purchases in the app for permanent store items. Signing in to Astro Alice or restoring a village layout does not independently prove store ownership.

Unavailable readings

Connected charts and questions need a working service. If it is temporarily unavailable, keep your draft and try again later. Reinstalling is not a service repair and may remove local records. Keep any export or backup you need before removing the app.
