This website and contacting us

This brochure is hosted on Vercel. Visiting it sends your IP address and browser/request information to that hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site. The authored pages include no advertising, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or account forms. Hosting infrastructure may keep operational records; this is not a promise that no metadata is processed.

Support and privacy requests go to contact@longrifle.ai. This address forwards to Miguel, who monitors and handles requests for Longrifle AI LLC. Your email service, our forwarding service and the receiving mailbox process the message and its delivery information. Send only what is needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details or private diary entries.

Support messages remain in the receiving mailbox while the request is handled. The final retention schedule and deletion of older mailbox copies are still being configured. To ask about or request removal of a message, contact the same address. We will verify that the request concerns your information before acting.

The planned iPhone app

The planned release offers guest access and optional Sign in with Apple. Guest access still uses a first-party account and device session. It is not anonymous access. Sign-in, optional backup and permission for AI questions are separate choices.

Profiles, diary entries, selected conversations and village progress are saved on the device. A manual backup is a separate action. The basic backup includes village progress and saved birth/person profiles; the diary backup also includes diary and conversation content. Server-managed encryption protects those backups, but is not end-to-end encryption.

Connected charts and questions

Chart requests send relevant birth dates, times, coordinates and calculated instants to our service. Place search needs a production lookup service, which is not yet enabled. Its provider and data handling will be identified before use.

With your explicit permission, a question and selected context pass through Longrifle's DigitalOcean service to Longrifle's own Windows PC running self-hosted Qwen. Context can include names, chart placements and diary or memory content you choose to include. The release does not use an external Qwen cloud inference service.

Incognito avoids adding that conversation to local history and excludes saved diary/memory context. The current question and chart context still leave the phone for processing. Changing permission stops future questions; it cannot recall a request already sent.

Deletion choices

• Sign out: removes this device's session, not the local village, cloud account, backup or purchases.
• Delete all local data: removes the app-owned local saves and recovery copies. Independent exports, other devices, store records and cloud data are separate.
• Delete cloud backup: removes the current server snapshot. A small revision record prevents an older device from silently uploading an obsolete copy.
• Delete account: removes the live account, linked identity, sessions and cloud snapshot. Apple revocation can remain pending. Limited purchase, security and deletion-replay records need separate retention rules before launch.

Uninstalling is not a cloud-account deletion request. Device backups, secure storage and exported copies may survive an uninstall. See account deletion help if you cannot use the app.

Device proof and operating records

The planned connected service uses installation keys, Apple device verification, account/session identifiers, purchase state, usage limits and security records. These records are separate from your diary and can be linked to an account. Minimal deletion and backup-version records prevent retired data from becoming active after a restore. The final retention periods, exceptions and processor arrangements must be implemented and disclosed before launch.

Sky features can ask to use device location and motion for optional pointing actions. The final iPhone permission and data-flow checks remain part of release acceptance.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple handles App Store payments. The planned app uses verified purchase and subscription information to provide and restore access; it does not ask for your payment-card details. Deleting an Astro Alice account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage renewals in Apple subscription settings. Permanent furniture purchases remain subject to Apple's store ownership and restore process.

Your information and changes

Use details about another adult only if you are entitled to use them. Adding someone does not contact or notify them. Removing an active profile does not remove independent exports or older backups.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email contact@longrifle.ai. Applicable rights depend on your location. We will date changes to this notice and provide the final app disclosure before opening customer access.
